Terms of Service
Last updated: [LAST_UPDATED]
1. Agreement
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and [LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME] ("Verox", "we", "us"), with a registered address at [BUSINESS_ADDRESS]. By using Verox you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Verox is an AI-assisted poster generation tool. You describe a brief, optionally upload reference photos, and we use third-party AI models to generate poster designs. The service is provided on a best-effort, as-is basis.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use Verox. You are responsible for keeping any credentials you use secure, and for everything done through your access.
4. Your content and intellectual property
- Inputs you provide (briefs, prompts, reference photos): you keep all rights you already had in those inputs. By submitting them, you grant Verox a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process them solely to generate your outputs and operate the service.
- Outputs generated for you: subject to your payment of any applicable fees and to your compliance with these Terms, you own the final generated posters you produce, and may use them for personal or commercial purposes.
- What you must own or have rights to: you confirm that you have the rights to every reference photo, logo, name, and text you submit, and that your inputs do not infringe anyone else's rights.
5. AI disclaimer
Verox uses generative AI. Outputs may contain inaccuracies, unintended artifacts, or content that does not match your intent. You are responsible for reviewing every output before printing, distributing, or otherwise relying on it. Do not use Verox outputs in safety-critical, legal, medical, or other contexts that require professional review without independent human verification.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Verox to:
- generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving anyone's likeness without consent, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- upload someone's photo or likeness without their permission;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service, or circumvent rate limits and access controls;
- misrepresent AI-generated outputs as wholly human-made in contexts where that distinction matters.
7. Fees and trial
During trial use, Verox may be offered without charge. We may introduce, change, or remove paid features at any time. Where fees apply, they will be presented to you before you incur them.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages, maintenance, and changes to features may occur. We are not liable for any loss caused by service interruption.
9. Warranties and liability
VEROX IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Verox harmless from claims arising out of your inputs, your use of the outputs, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using Verox at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of [JURISDICTION].
